if it takes getting made fun of or teased to be who i am, then i say its worth it.

there are countless times i want to give up and just do nothing, but there is one thing that tells me i was meant to be here and make something of my life, i was born.

we are not meant to be perfect but rather learn from our imperfect world

dont be hard on yourself for doing something wrong, be hard on yourself when you question your faith. when you have no doubt in your heart about your faith it will slowly fix everything else

I wanted a good relationship with my mother, and I realized I had a choice: Either I could spend all my time angry that she didn't give me the hugs I thought I needed, or I could understand that she hugs differently. It's not a spread-open-the-arms, 'come here' hug. She hugs by sheltering me from her worries.
