If kids come out of this remembering one thing, just something, then it could help save one life and that makes it all worth it,

I know they do it for a reason, I'm finally seeing that. And I think for some of the kids, it works.

I think people are upset with the price and take it out against us. And it's across all demographics. It used to be the loud teenager did it for a thrill ... It's not like that anymore. You see it with everybody.

In larger stores and areas, there is more anonymity from customers. We try to take away as much as that (anonymity) as we can.

We have tried to heighten the awareness of who's on the lot.
