If we had not started being aggressive when we did, we could have been caught with our britches down economically. We knew we had to develop a diversified economy because we could get caught again in 15 years having too many jobs depending on one or two industries.

We really started to get after them. Once we became more aggressive and intense, that's when we started to score more points.

That's not something you set out to do, or something you think about when you get started, but when you get to that level and achieve that, there is a certain pride that goes with that.
