I'm a firm believer in maintenance therapy. This is a medication, not a drug.

It's the university's call what courses they will accept. Some majors are stricter than others. Some don't let the students take courses elsewhere at all.

There are just not that many things you do that so dramatically change peoples' lives. They recoup their lives, their families, their jobs, their self-esteem.

I wish I had a magic wand to make things better, but therapy doesn't work that way.

I have often tried to imagine how I might have acted differently. Always I end up in the same place.

I've realized therapy is incredibly therapeutic.
