I'm the average, everyday underdog and I want everyone to know we can do this, together, all of us. Never quit living your dream.

We have the lowest average we've ever had. When they step foot on the tee, I think each player is thinking about beating the course, playing a good mental game against the course. They're all supportive of each other and as a coach, that's what makes me most proud of the program.

One of the biggest decisions this organization will make is whether B.J. Upton is going to be the everyday shortstop. If not, personally, my decision would be to move him to third base and let him play there.

I'm sure that the average person thought we would fold up right there. That's all everyone thinks we're about, anyway. Alexander, Alexander, Alexander. But it's about the brotherhood. Shaun's a great player, but we have a lot of weapons around here.

I'm definitely an underdog.

Seattle doesn't look like an underdog to me.
