In general in the state we're seeing the number of children being tested to be somewhat less than we would expect.

If a small percentage of children are getting tested, and maybe not the ones that are most at risk, then we can't tell a whole lot about the prevalence. There could be a big problem there and we're not detecting it.

When you have a large percentage of pre-1978 property and you also have lots of children in poverty, then you're going to have a lot of children at risk for lead poisoning.
