In the past, our growth has been by referral of current clients. We've never really done much marketing.

We happen to be in a market that's full of change and full of pressure, and people are seeking answers. The challenges in health care are good for a firm like ours.

Christ will do just fine by itself because of its premier position in several clinical areas.

I look at it as smart growth. Smart marketing. Is there a case to be made that we're too many places and we're too many places too fast? There probably is. But at the same time, there's not a seat to be had in the house, and people are tuning in all over the country. So you can't argue against it, either.

We have seen the mass marketing of these loans and the growth of these loans and determined it was appropriate for us to take a closer look.

Our growth has been great, especially considering I don't have a marketing budget. We rely heavily on word of mouth.
