It has an emotional effect. The team stepped up and did more than expected. It's still hard to deal with him not being there, but we have to stay with it and be there for each other.

Seize the opportunity, enjoy it and make the most of it.

This year is the most important from a leadership standpoint. I have to focus on that and be there for the rest of the guys.

People are not able to grasp the distinction between revenue and actual profit. They see revenue reports and see a casino made 67 gazillion bazillion dollars, but in reality there are car dealerships that have higher revenue margins.

We were hit hard by graduation, but I think the kids are ready to step in and fill that void and do everything they can to go get (another region title).
