It isn't just about money.

My personal view is that neither UC nor NNSA is trying to harm the present employees.

You make a lifetime commitment when you go into the weapons program.

The reason we feel those things are important is because we care about maintaining the science excellence at the laboratory.

They are a good bunch of people trying to do a very difficult thing.

We certainly don't think there is a conspiracy. But at some point along the way, the project lost some money.
