It takes more than just police. It takes lots of community resources. Hopefully the shootings will be a wake-up call.

The Will to Kill: Making Sense of Senseless Murders.

I look forward to working with the community in a heightened effort. I respect all the members of the police department. I know I'll work well with them and the other members of the city who I've been working with for 25 years.

We're very excited about it. There is a need for this kind of housing in the community. They will be in the price range of the people working in the industrial parks.

Like it or not, a Jewish cemetery is an extension of the Jewish community. The police can have one view; we can have another. This doesn't affect our feelings. We'll always work with the police.

These issues do need to be taken care of. Guests are a huge problem for us and for campus police. I want to know who they are and who the host is in case an incident occurs.
