There are huge health and safety violations in every plant.

The New Hampshire legislature intentionally omitted a medical emergency exception when it passed this law. We continue to believe that the lower court will recognize this and strike down the law in its entirety.

We certainly welcome the decision because it reaffirms [that] abortion laws have to include exceptions for health. It leaves it open for us to go back down to argue that the legislature intentionally omitted the health exception. We will ask the court to recognize that and strike it down in its entirety.

The standard in the statute hasn't changed in the last week -- it's 'imperil the national health and safety' -- and we monitor the strike conditions and the economic conditions to see if that standard has been met. So far it has not.
