Today's decision tells politicians that they cannot jeopardize women's health when they pass abortion laws.

We certainly welcome the decision because it reaffirms [that] abortion laws have to include exceptions for health. It leaves it open for us to go back down to argue that the legislature intentionally omitted the health exception. We will ask the court to recognize that and strike it down in its entirety.

On this anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision that forced abortion upon all 50 states, ALL is launching an aggressive nationwide campaign to stop every dollar of Planned Parenthood taxpayer funding at the local, state and national levels.

The New Hampshire legislature intentionally omitted a medical emergency exception when it passed this law. We continue to believe that the lower court will recognize this and strike down the law in its entirety.

It is truly surprising that the state must assign a greater value to a mother's decision to cut off a potential human life by abortion than to a father's decision to let it mature into a live child.
