It used to be all about the product. Now, it's changed to being all about understanding the customer and what do they want to buy? It's about really getting inside the consumer's mind.

[We're interested in] understanding a little bit more about what different segments are interested in with our product offerings and perhaps doing a little bit more in the CRM area of connecting with them on content or events they might be interested in - so both acquisition and retention.

It was much more research-oriented. We were much more aimed at understanding how the normal lung works, not so much aimed at clinical questions.

I was surprised in a disappointed way. They had lots of good products but nothing really new.

Monetary policy ultimately must be conducted in a pragmatic manner that relies not on any particular indicator or model but, instead, reflects an ongoing assessment of a wide range of information in the context of our ever-evolving understanding of the economy.

Not everything is understood the way it is presented and not everyone presents the way it is understood.
