It will be a challenge. But during the election, we were clear about the five priorities we had and I think we'll have support in the House of Commons because people voted based on those.

I can't imagine drastic reductions. The president made this one of his priorities. Not only will some of the traditional Hill supporters oppose drastic reductions, but (so would) the president himself.
