It will be difficult because there isn't a large availability of hotel space near Showplace. And we are competing against existing established convention space.

We've been deeply involved in the International Home Furnishings Market for many years, and we're committed to keeping it alive and thriving in High Point. We feel that SHOWPLACE is a landmark property with tremendous potential, not just during April and October, but for between-market use as well.

We're looking forward to working with other local showroom owners to promote the continued success of the furniture market in North Carolina. Hopefully, we'll bring fresh insight and renewed energy to the High Point showroom scene.

It's a nice facility. We love it. It was desperately needed. We needed a place with more space.

The consequences of that growth are all around us -? loss of open space, traffic congestion, and never-ending sprawl. Habitat loss due to population growth is the greatest threat to wildlife.

We will never prevent environmental degradation until we stabilize our population. We simply must face up to this issue eventually, and it can't be too soon.
