It will be difficult because there isn't a large availability of hotel space near Showplace. And we are competing against existing established convention space.

We've been deeply involved in the International Home Furnishings Market for many years, and we're committed to keeping it alive and thriving in High Point. We feel that SHOWPLACE is a landmark property with tremendous potential, not just during April and October, but for between-market use as well.

We have a management team that we believe can bring Livingston success. It was always going to be a case of keeping plugging away. The football side of it is very much with Paul. It's simply going to take time. There is no doubt about our faith in Paul and Norrie McWhirter.
