It's 162 games and you're going to have great, OK and all different types of games. You don't want to lose any game in any way.

This was definitely one of the most exciting and dramatic games I've ever coached. It was very difficult to endure, but we pulled it out and that's all that matters in the end. It was a great win for us, on the road, on a wet field and having to deal with heckling fans.

He?s a great judge of talent. He manages the game the right way. That combined is a pretty good foundation to be a manager. He?s a people-person guy.
