It's a slam-dunk order. The government can't pick and choose which faith it's going to prefer.

An American citizen should be able to speak out against their public officials when they have a concern. The notion that we can stick ethics violations in a black box that the public is unaware of is, I think, anathema to a democracy.

(In order to) have faith that if a person has certification then they are in fact ready and able to teach.

The order does get the government what it probably needed, not what it wanted.

Despite what Mr. Mattingly might say, the temporary restraining order did raise serious constitutional issues about government attempting to muzzle the press. It was a mistake from the beginning that has now been resolved.
