It's a wolf, not a dog and not a wolf-dog hybrid.

The eastern coyote is, in fact, a hybrid between the eastern wolf and coyote that expanded from the west. Whatever animals made it over to Newfoundland probably came from this hybrid eastern coyote.

I sit here and field 20 or 30 calls every few hours. Every coughing dog out there is not canine flu.

I have not come here with a little wolf bark, but have come to talk plain with you.

And that is per owner not per dog.
