It's all about barrier-free living.

It's a way for students and faculty to kind of break that barrier between them.

I do get free stuff.

There are only a few contractors in the county that have this. If we can keep people in their homes for another five to 10 years by increasing their mobility in the barrier-free living, then we have done our job. Anyone can build a house. But I think as time goes on, this is going to be more popular.

As we get older, we are wanting to stay in our homes longer.

nobody gets a free ride. And nobody should get a free ride.
