It's an attempt to start treating medical students like graduate students, which they are.

I loved it. The students were great and well-mannered. They cheered and really enjoyed it. And at the end of the program, I was so thrilled when one of the students came up on stage and said 'I love jazz!' It was thrilling. I loved it.

There are a lot of creative ways on how you could address staffing. Using students, using retired personnel, using personnel who don't normally work with patients. But you can only say for sure what you're going to do when it happens.

That's a violation and could place the students eligibility in jeopardy.

I think a lot of it is the lack of knowledge. A lot of the students don't know about it.
