It's been an easy transition. He fits in real well here. He has the same standards we have for our kids. He's had a really great year. He's pulling his grades up and he's working really hard. We're really proud of him.

He slowly became a regular presence in our home.

It's been a really difficult upbringing for him. I've always tried to be encouraging and positive to him and all of our kids' friends. He just gravitated over here quite a bit.

Organizations want small changes in functionality on a more regular basis. An organization like Flickr deploys a new version of its software every half hour. This is a cycle that feeds on itself.

We'll get a little reprieve from it with systems coming through every three or four weeks, but that's not going to cut it. We had a drought in the summer and it continued into the fall - Hurricane Rita did nothing to stop that - and we're in the winter now and still in a drought.
