It's good we have started running as a team. This encourages other athletes to improve their performance and also builds the team spirit. In the nearby future, the entire country will benefit.

Nutrition is becoming more and more important to all athletes as far as performance level, ... At this level, it's very serious. The type of food you put into your body can enhance your performance or dehance it. If you want to be the best athlete you can be, you want to be as lean as you can be. The leaner athlete is the better athlete.

It doesn't matter what kind of offense a team is running. You have to have enough good athletes to match up. If all a team does is run and you can't stop the run, you are in trouble, and if all a team does is pass and you can't stop the pass, you're in trouble.

All of Canada's athletes turned in an exceptional performance at these Games and they've made all Canadians proud.

I'm disappointed at not winning, although I was running against some good athletes.
