It's hard work, keeping track of schedules and making sure that you make your call time every day.

Dance is hard work, and they're part-time dancers. They're here because they want to be here. It's always a balance act - push, pull back, push, pull back. I like to tap into their will rather than go against their will.

I think it's great for her. All the time she's put in and all the hard work all the way through. All that time in the gym has really paid off.
