It's not a matter of punishment or revenge, but closure. We'd like to put an end to this, and learn why it happened.

This was someone who was not involved in anything risky; he was walking down a sidewalk to his apartment. It doesn't get much more mundane than that.

We?re hoping that somebody out there has a good heart and will come forward. It?s not a question of punishment or revenge for us. It?s really a question of closure.

Punishment is not for revenge, but to lessen crime and reform the criminal.

There's always enough retribution to be dealt.
