To stack benefits on top of benefits and stack vacation time and cash it all out I think is inappropriate. I think we threw away $322,000. My hope is that we'll be able to recover the excess.

I think some people are thinking that a grand jury is all-encompassing. The conflict of interest (investigation) is great, but that doesn't cover the (alleged) misconduct in negotiating contracts.
