It's just been four frustrating years here, and it's time for me to move on. I still feel like this program is better off now than it was when we got here. Playing in Region 2 makes it tough. Gaffney's coming back in now, too. It's just a tough situation.

There are some very difficult loud passages and jumps, with both hands crossing over each other, ... percussive, aggressive, harsh phrases that must be practiced dozens if not hundreds of times so that in the adrenaline-filled panic of a concert you can keep your cool and hit most of the right notes. I certainly wouldn't want to live next to anyone practicing that.

We were getting up more shots than [Fordham]. We play a high tempo game that leads to a lot of fast breaks and shots off turnovers. If we start making a few more shots than we could outscore anyone.

[The team] really stepped up their intensity and played intelligently down the stretch. Every win makes us head in the right direction. It's always a good feeling to get a win after you haven't won in a while.
