Make crime pay. Become a lawyer.

We don't seem to be able to check crime, so why not legalize it and then tax it out of business.

I don't think you can make a lawyer honest by an act of legislature. You've got to work on his conscience. And his lack of conscience is what makes him a lawyer.

It's a good thing we don't get all the government we pay for

What he needs is some way to pay back. Not some way to borrow more.

Nowadays it is about as big a crime to be dumb as it is to be dishonest.
