Mother Nature gives birth to the cure everyday. When you stray away from the natural source you tend to get physically and spiritually sick.

My brain and temple are my prize possessions.. I won't abuse it with unhealthy thoughts and foods.. Positivity is my dessert

We need to learn how to balance our SPIRITUAL FITNESS with our PHYSICAL FITNESS . A fit body and an out of shape spirit is not sexy!!

If you want something you have to go get it yourself or create it. That's all I'm doing this year. Creating my own destiny. Making my own success. Impossible is not in my vocabulary. If I want my own talk show, I will create it. If I want to produce a movie, I will. I WILL Succeed. Failure and Success are words we created. So why not create your destiny, your own words, your own empire.
