One of the hopes of Overture was to spur redevelopment along State Street. This is a good step in that direction. This is a very attractive project that continues the revitalization of Downtown. Hopefully, there's more where this came from.

I know the mayor is really excited about the event. He couldn't make the first one but he plans to be there this time.

We need some good employment data. That would be the one-two punch we'd need to spur a good rally.
