Our goal for 2006 is to have 90 percent of that reorganization in place by September. People will know where they fit. They'll know what their responsibilities are and have clear lines of authority.

It's encouraging to know we all will be together for a few more years, ... We have time to improve and grow as a team.

I think it's quite nicely arranged around our cultural center this year, and I think that's fine. People still will see the stores as they park and walk through downtown, going to and from the festival. There will be plenty of traffic that day. We'll see how it goes this year.

That first day we will have people coming in late. It's like anything else -- people have to get used to it.

It's a fascinating end to the case. People will now be watching to see if Jackson's career and life can recover.
