That first day we will have people coming in late. It's like anything else -- people have to get used to it.

It will be a massive day for Sunderland and a huge step towards establishing the club where it belongs - among the best in the north.

I think it's quite nicely arranged around our cultural center this year, and I think that's fine. People still will see the stores as they park and walk through downtown, going to and from the festival. There will be plenty of traffic that day. We'll see how it goes this year.

Our goal for 2006 is to have 90 percent of that reorganization in place by September. People will know where they fit. They'll know what their responsibilities are and have clear lines of authority.

It's really cool. After we're finished playing, people like Jeff Healey and Alex Walker will be playing on the same stage. It makes you feel famous.
