Our primary case is to dismiss the application and that would result in the deal falling through.

I think that each case has to be decided on its merits, and the merits of this application have to have been outstanding to weather all the storms that have been presented. It's been a long and expensive battle, and I doubt that anyone would be encouraged to want to take on such a battle unless they were confident that they too had as excellent a plan as this one.

We remain deeply concerned for the future of our business and the livelihood of thousands of our staff and subcontractors.

We suspect that this announcement shows that they think they can't go forward with the deal approved by shareholders. We regard this notion of the separation of control from ownership as absurd.
