People are just relaxed. There's a lot of family focus.

We've really appealed to a lot of different people and ages, but we believe more in the family concept.

I feel so cheated for Bill. His whole family was just robbed.

Our family is grateful that this killer has been caught, and now we can focus on remembering.

The focus is on what can we do to enable that to happen ? and let?s make sure the family is at the center of the process.
