Public office must not be a means to profit or become rich.

There must not be favoured treatment for those occupying a position of public responsibility.

Today, more than ever, citizens demand with good reason that moral and ethical principles be upheld and that exemplariness preside over our public life. And the king, as the head of state, must not only be an example but also a servant to that just and legitimate demand of the citizens.

You will find in me a loyal head of state who is ready listen and understand, warn and advise as well as to defend the public interest at all times.

Occupying public office simply means,it is time to brandish your good name to the world.

No matter how intelligent or successful a person may be,not every body can handle the rigours of public office.
