Size is often accompanied with a lack of focus and a slowness that results in losing touch with what the customers really need.

That's why you have to look at (immigrants) in the greater picture of what they do in the U.S. economy. They set up electronic companies, they set up investment companies, and they also mow the lawn, fix your plumbing and give you a haircut.

Consumers demand a spectrum of services, and if you can't afford to invest in that spectrum of services, you're going to be bought out.

Many of them find work. Some of them develop little shops and companies on their own. Eventually they get together and expand from the family network of immigrants and work together to build viable businesses.

We've struggled a little bit with losing our focus at times. But we didn't do that in the first half tonight. We clicked on all cylinders.

The whole focus is not losing weight and becoming less of who you are, as it is gaining health and growing into that health.
