Some of the (remediation) work may not have been sufficient to stand up to the weather conditions.

It depends on what day or time of day the request is made, the work load at the time and the size of the file. We try to expedite it by getting people to tell us exactly what they are looking for. We can provide a couple of documents much easier than the entire file.

The problem is the caseload keeps going up and staffing isn't keeping pace. We have to focus our resources on the things that absolutely have to get done.
