I am not a big proponent of the diversified model. It is extremely hard to manage, and I just think there is a lot of value to be had from focusing on a few things really well. The turnaround process at Morgan Stanley will take some time.

Becoming a dad means you have to be a role model for your son and be someone he can look up to.

He was never, ever anything but humble, good character, the perfect role model - all those kind of things, that was Calvin. In fact, he helped me attract several other outstanding athletes to Alabama because of the way Calvin was and what they saw in him.

Companies will need to pursue a more diversified business model, but I think those companies that have what I call a focused diversified business model will be more successful.
