The AIMS teachers have experience with a middle-school schedule, and we're thankful for their help.

We want to enrich the experience students have at the high school and forge stronger connections between students, teachers and parents.

We have had inquiries from different organizations that want to help as far as school supplies. Teachers are in the process of compiling a list of needs. We're just working to take inventory right now, and we're also looking at the needs of our students. You know a lot of them had their supplies at the school.

Ours showed we could barely do what we're doing (operate a $2.3 million 25-unit center).

Right now, it's looking like a majority feel this is going to be a wonderful choice for their students.

Some teachers have asked us -- not through the school board or anything -- to come in and help.
