The biggest change is the kids are empowered to be a part of the process. They are making choices about families, mentors and the events that they participate in. Our children are viewed as team members and they utilize that power.

We certainly have noticed significant changes. As these kids get out in the public forums they have become more aware of who they are and they are able to say what they want.

We are letting the kids know they have choices.

Part of it is being a parent. I see so many kids that make some choices that maybe aren't very healthy. I would like her to get some leadership responsibilities.

We had two choices. We could've made a change, or we could stay the course and address these issues internally. We felt that Cameron has done a good job. We felt that Larry has done a good job. So we didn't think it was the best thing to do for the kids to make a change. We believe that we have a team in place that is making progress. We realize that we made a mistake. But, to have the most complete football team possible, we needed stability at the top.

I just felt the kids would know collard greens.
