The first session I keep pretty simple. Then with the second I get more advanced.

I start out with breathing techniques. Then we move on to easy movements followed by more advanced movements. I then end the class with the final relaxation which is like meditation.

I have been an exercise instructor at the Y for a couple of years. I took more classes and I became certified in yoga to teach the class.

If you look up and down the roster, we are pretty young. I know I start two seniors, but some of the younger girls are getting some valuable experience which we didn't have last year. I'm just really pleased the direction that we're going.

We can't fault Will. When he pitches a game like that we should get a win.

That first inning killed us. We didn't come out ready to play that second game. We plain stunk.
