The Guinness book is a very elitist organization. There's nothing scientific about what they do. They just have an office full of people who decide what is a record and what isn't.

That is very special. Our people, from the machine operators all the way to the front office, everybody in this building is proud. We know it comes out of our building.

There are 181 people in that office and we don't know what they do.

A conference is a gathering of people who singly can do nothing, but together can decide that nothing can be done.

I want to be part of the resurgence of things that are tangible, beautiful and soulful, rather than just give in to the digital age. But when I talk to people about this they just say, 'Yeah, I know what you mean,' and stare at their mobiles.

I'm very happy with this new record. It's dealing with different aspects of love-it's me making a statement about people doing something with their lives. It is about caring for others.
