Unfortunately, people are getting defrauded all the time. Sometimes there's criminal activity, and other times it's just somebody who made a mistake.

Some people are perpetually tardy because they don't have a good sense of time, or try to squeeze too much into the time they have available. Others are late because it's a passive-aggressive way to be in control.

You will just see people in rain coats with umbrellas just having a good time.

It's still a matter of getting five people to play hard all the time. I think they're becoming more competitive. They're becoming less accepting of this, and that's important.

When you come to this store, you visit all the people that you don't see in a long time. You spend more time talking and visiting with all the people than you do shopping.
