The major difficulty for us was that the information for the driver, vehicle and cargo were in three different systems.

We had all the systems in place, and it still took us more than 90 days.

On Monday and Tuesday we were having difficulty getting enrollment eligibility information from the government database. But by yesterday [Tuesday] afternoon, our information requests were going through and we were getting the information back that we needed. For those patients, the situation has gotten a lot better.

They have improved and they've added skills and difficulty. They've definitely been an asset to us as the season progressed.

The USA is the biggest difficulty for us now.
