The notes that really create a hassle are the ones at the last minute. You're dealing with one child; we're dealing with 40 or 50.

We do not want to drop your child off at the wrong spot on the wrong day. And with the number of notes we're getting, it's going to happen. We'd rather be proactive rather than reactive.

We need to do something to eliminate this.

Why go through all the hassle of dealing with airlines, hotels, and rental-car agencies yourself, only to see the arrangements get all screwed up, when with just a single phone call you can have a trained professional screw them up for you?
