The only reason to have a positive mental attitude is that it makes life better. It doesn't cure cancer.

When i was looking unto others for solutions to my problems,I realised that my problems increased the more,but when I started looking within myself, my problems drastically reduced,it was then i realised that what i have been looking for in Atlanta all these while,has always been in Abuja where i reside.

In a spiritual sense, a positive attitude may help you get through chemotherapy and surgery and radiation and what have you. But a positive mental attitude does not cure cancer - any more than a negative mental attitude causes cancer.
