The power play is always a weekend by weekend thing. We have a good understanding of what we are trying to accomplish, and it's just a matter of everything clicking.

I think momentum is something you need to revisit each weekend. As it stands now, all four teams are fighting for their hockey lives.

We had to play our best to beat Colgate. When we did not play our best, Colgate made us pay. We learned that we need to play the full 60 minutes. But we have played in tense games all year, so I feel that our players have the necessary experience.

The guys have been looking forward to conference play. Every weekend is going to be tough and this was no exception. James Stephens came in and threw strikes with all of his pitches and kept them off balance.

I'm not trying to play the race card. I think it's just the lack of understanding between the different cultures. It's just ignorance.

We're still trying to get used to each other on the power play. We're kind of feeling things out and hopefully working out the kinks.
