The proposals weren't, in any way, a disrespect to the union. The board really did feel like they were making a fair offer.

They took such care laying the blocks. As they were building this house, every one of the stones, every one of the blocks they polished off and did such beautiful work on.

Ninety percent of board members said they were there to make a difference in the organization.

This truly has been the sale of the century. Nothing on this historical scale and of this caliber has been auctioned before in Ireland and we imagine it won't be matched for a long time.
