The scale is the only friend you wished lied more often

The worst thing about addiction is that you spend all day thinking about how to stop thinking about it.

I was leafing through a magazine where there was a before-and-after picture of a woman who went from a size 5 to a size 3 by liposuction. Was she serious? I've cooked bigger turkeys than her "before" picture.

There are people saying Venezuela is a dictatorship country; the funny thing is that they say it on public media of all kind, on Venezuela's territory land, and they keep saying it for long time without getting arrested by any form of secret police, and even so there is people who believe they are saying the truth. The irony of this is so intense, it blows my mind.

I exercise every day. I walk a treadmill and do a weight training program every day at the Wellness Center. I think that allows me to maintain my strength.
