The season has been amazing so far. I was shocked at first, but when the fans came out on the court - then it hit us that we'd won!

The fact is, yes, our customers are important, ... We do listen to our fans. We do survey our fans. And we do try to connect with them. I'd be the first to tell you that we clearly need to do a better job at that. That starts with me and any contact we have with our fan base.

Everybody gets backstage access when they join the MG Underground. Our fans know what we do onstage, now they can see what we do offstage. It's real, it's raw, and it's delivered straight to your computer and updated every week.

They had a couple of thousand fans for one of their preseason scrimmages. A lot of (schools) don't get that for the real games.

It felt great to have actually done it. In the locker room we knew if we did the things we were supposed to do, we could come out on top. Our team worked well together - and we were very excited after we won!

Then we just happened to see them walk by. I think that was motivational enough.
